Scrum Master (Zoho Sprints)

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master proficient in Zoho Sprints to lead Agile teams and facilitate the implementation of Scrum practices. The ideal candidate will work closely with product owners, developers, and stakeholders to ensure efficient project delivery while leveraging the features and functionalities of Zoho Sprints for sprint planning, task tracking, and reporting.

Key Responsibilities:
Act as a servant leader and Scrum Master for one or more Agile teams, guiding them through the full lifecycle of sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
Facilitate communication between the development team and product owner to ensure the backlog is maintained and well-prioritized.
Oversee Zoho Sprints usage across the team, ensuring that all sprints, backlogs, tasks, and user stories are properly tracked and updated.
Help the team implement best practices in Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum, using Zoho Sprints as a tool for managing workflows and sprint cycles.
Remove any impediments/blockers that are hindering the team’s progress toward project goals.
Ensure the timely delivery of products and features by tracking progress, sprint velocities, and KPIs within Zoho Sprints.
Foster a culture of continuous improvement, driving retrospectives and action items to improve team productivity and efficiency.
Collaborate with product owners and stakeholders to ensure clear understanding of project goals, timelines, and deliverables.
Provide coaching and mentorship to tea ---------- mbers on Agile and Scrum principles.
Key Qualifications:
Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Professional Scrum Master (PSM), or similar Agile certification required.
Proven experience as a Scrum Master in Agile environments, with a deep understanding of Scrum principles, sprint cycles, and backlog management.
Hands-on experience using Zoho Sprints to manage and track sprints, backlogs, and user stories.
Experience in managing Agile teams and facilitating cross-functional collaboration.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and navigate conflicting requirements.
Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Familiarity with Agile tools like JIRA, Trello, or similar is a plus but Zoho Sprints proficiency is mandatory.
Skills and Competencies:

Experience in coaching and mentoring teams in Agile practices.
Ability to work under tight deadlines while maintaining high attention to detail.
Proficient in creating reports, dashboards, and metrics within Zoho Sprints.
Preferred Qualifications:
3+ years of experience as a Scrum Master.
1-2 years of hands-on experience with Zoho Sprints.
Experience in technology, software development, or similar technical fields.
A deep understanding of Agile frameworks beyond Scrum, such as Kanban or Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe).
