Scrum Master / Project Manager for AI YouTube business

We are looking for a highly organized Scrum Master / Project Manager to help manage the workflow of a fast-moving AI-focused YouTube and education business.

We create videos, sponsorship integrations, AI courses, newsletters, and community products. The business is growing quickly, and we need someone who can help bring structure, accountability, and ---------- ntum to the team.

Responsibilities

* Manage projects, deadlines, and task flow across the team
* Run or support Agile / Scrum-style workflows
* Track progress on videos, sponsorships, launches, and internal projects
* Make sure tasks are clearly assigned, followed up, and completed
* Identify bottlenecks and escalate issues early
* Help improve systems, trackers, SOPs, and team communication
* Keep the team focused on priorities without creating unnecessary meetings

Requirements

* Strong real-world experience with Scrum, Agile, or project management
* Excellent organization and communication skills
* Comfortable managing remote teams and async workflows
* Able to create clarity fro ---------- ssy or fast-moving situations
* Proactive, detail-oriented, and reliable
* Comfortable using tools like Notion, Slack, Google Drive, Trello, Asana, or similar

Bonus

* Experience working with YouTube channels or creator businesses
* Experience in media, content production, sponsorships, or launches
* Interest in AI tools, creative tech, or online education
