With a NestJS backend, Next.js frontend, and a lean, fast-paced team, we need someone to keep our product and engineering engine running like clockwork.

What You’ll Do
Orchestrate delivery: Own sprints from planning to retros. Keep everyone aligned, accountable, and shipping.

Drive clarity and focus: Ruthlessly enforce priorities, simplify scope creep, and ensure the team is always working on the highest ROI work.

Streamline team workflows: Optimize how we track, plan, and communicate inside Notion, our source of truth.

Remove blockers fast: You’re the fixer. Whether it's dependencies, misalignment, or confusion—you get things moving.

Partner with product and dev leads: Translate marketing-driven business goals into actionable, trackable execution plans.

Track and report: Maintain visibility on sprint progress, flag risks early, and drive continuous improvement across the team.

What You Bring
3–7 years as a Scrum Master, Agile PM, or Delivery Lead in a high-velocity environment

Experience in tech-forward orgs, ideally with marketing or growth-oriented products

Comfortable running dev teams using NestJS, Next.js, or similar modern web stacks

Mastery of Agile principles, but flexible enough to adapt them to real-world chaos

Confident leading through Notion, async communication, and transparent tracking

A bias for action, obsession with clarity, and resistance to bullshit bureaucracy

Bonus Points
Startup or agency background

Hands-on technical understanding (you don’t need to code, but you should speak dev)

Experience improving or implementing Notion-based PM systems

Knowledge of marketing tech, ad tech, or analytics pipelines
