Scriptwriter for Faceless YouTube Channels (Retention-Focused)

We are looking for a creative scriptwriter who understands YouTube retention and how scripts connect directly with editing and viewer engagement.

This role is much more than writing narration.

We expect scripts to include:

Editing suggestions
Visual direction
Transition ideas
Hook ---------- nts
Pattern interrupts
Side commentary
Emotional emphasis points
Suggested pacing changes

The goal is to create scripts that editors can easily transform into highly engaging long-form content.

We are NOT interested in low-effort AI-generated scripts. AI tools are fine as part of a workflow, but the final product must feel intentional, human, and strategically structured for retention.

The ideal candidate understands:

Viewer psychology
Storytelling structure
Curiosity loops
Long-form pacing
Conversational writing
YouTube audience behavior
