Screen Recording Specialist – Tutorial / How-To Videos

I'm looking for someone to create simple screen-recorded tutorial videos. I'll provide a pre-recorded MP3 voiceover, and your job is to record your screen following along with the tutorial while the audio plays. The end result should be a clean, synced video ready to upload to YouTube. Example of the style I'm after: ----------

Responsibilities
Listen to the provided MP3 voiceover and follow the actions described
Record your screen performing the tutorial steps in time with the narration
Sync the MP3 audio cleanly with the screen recording
Export the finished video in 1080p (or higher) MP4 format
Deliver the file via Google Drive, Dropbox, or similar
Make minor revisions if pacing or timing is off

Requirements
Reliable screen recording software (OBS.)
Basic video editing skills — trimming, syncing audio, simple cuts (Won't be required 95% of the time)
Clean desktop setup (no clutter, notifications disabled, neutral wallpaper)
Stable internet connection
Attention to detail — cursor movements should match what the voiceover is describing
Comfortable working with whatever software/website the tutorial covers (I'll let you know in advance)
