Go through every single listing result and Add the following information to a google sheet:
1. Name
2. Phone Number
3. URL 

IMPORTANT: after recording the contact information, click the 3 dots at the top of the page and click "hide"
( You will need to use this login each time so that way the next time you do searches, those same properties don’t come up in the search )

THEN REPEAT until you have done all listings.

For many months I would go in and do the searches every 2 weeks, but now hotpads is quick to flag you, and when they do, the phone number will be hidden. 

I’m looking for someone with flag-avoidance tactics to be able to do the searches every 2 weeks on an ongoing basis. Do you have what it takes to get it done? ? PROVE IT TO ME BY DOING THEM ALL AND YOU'RE HIRED.
