Job Description: We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Scheduler with experience in AxisCare to join our dynamic team. The Scheduler will be responsible for efficiently managing appointments, coordinating schedules, and ensuring that our clients receive seamless and timely care. Your role will be crucial in optimizing our operations and enhancing client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
Schedule Management: Utilize AxisCare to create and maintain daily schedules for staff and clients, ensuring optimal coverage and service delivery.
Coordination: Collaborate with teaUpgrade to see actual infombers to assign and adjust schedules based on client needs, staff availability, and any changes that may arise.
Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for scheduling inquiries from clients and staff, providing timely responses and support.
Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records within AxisCare, ensuring all scheduling changes are documented appropriately.
Problem Solving: Proactively address any scheduling conflicts or issues, working collaboratively with the team to find effective solutions.
Process Improvement: Work with management to identify areas for improvement in scheduling processes, contributing to overall efficiency and effectiveness.

Qualifications:
Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience as a Scheduler, preferably in a healthcare or home care environment.
Software Proficiency: Strong experience using AxisCare or similar scheduling software.
Skills: Excellent organizational and time-management abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with diverse teams and clients.
Adaptability: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
Team Player: A collaborative mindset with a commitment to delivering high-quality service.
