We're Hiring: Salesforce Solutions Business Analyst

Schedule: 9am - 5pm CST Monday through Friday
Compensation: $14-$16 per hour

Overview:
We are looking for a passionate Salesforce Sales Business Analyst to join not only just a team but also an organization with a lot of opportunities. You will be solving complex business challenges effectively and providing seamless service to our internal stakeholders who’s core focus is utilizing and expanding our continued usage of Salesforce.

Key Responsibilities:
Gather and analyze business requirements for Salesforce customizations
Convert business requirements into effective Salesforce solutions within our existing Salesforce instance
Run / manage / analyze all the Salesforce implementations & customizations within the organization
Developing, defining and managing project roadmaps
Owning the relationship between managers and stakeholders
Driving Salesforce projects forward
Applying best practice methodologies
Work within an Agile scrum setup to deliver high-quality technology product solutions
Ensure correct solution integrations with other applications to ensure a cohesive and integrated digital solutions platform
Stay up to date with Salesforce releases, features, and industry best practices to continuously enhance our applications
Engage in daily collaboration with the product team, contributing to ongoing discussions and decision-making processes
Mentor and guide development teams on Salesforce best practices and ensure the alignment of technical solutions with business goals
Lead other off-shore development partners including but not limited to Enabler Solutions

Qualifications:
A relevant degree in Computer Science / Software Engineering / IT - 5+ years of hands-on development experience on the Salesforce platform
Understanding of the Salesforce product suite, especially Sales Cloud
Understanding of systems architecture and ability to design scalable performance-based solutions
Understanding of key design patterns and large data volume limitations and best practices
Understanding of data sharing and visibility considerations and how these play into platform architecture
High communication skills in English is a MUST

Ability to understand a project and deep dive to debug issues
Working Agile and using Scrum
Previous experience in a multinational organization
Previous experience in collaborating with diverse teams to deliver an E2E IT solution, troubleshoot issues on the way, and align priorities
