Salesforce Developer

We are a rapidly expanding company in Southern California specializing in outsourced virtual employee solutions, and we are seeking to add a dynamic Salesforce Developer to the team.

We are seeking a skilled Salesforce Developer and Administrator to enhance and maintain our Salesforce platform. The ideal candidate will be adept at both administering basic frameworks and performing back-end coding to support and improve our Salesforce environment. The role involves troubleshooting issues, developing custom solutions, and integrating with other systems using APIs. The Salesforce Developer will work closely with various teams to ensure seamless operation and optimization of our Salesforce platform.

Key Responsibilities:
• Salesforce Administration:
o Create and maintain Salesforce reports.
o Implement and maintain declarative automations (workflows, etc.).
o Maintain database and data integrity.
o Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Salesforce-related issues, fixing problems on the back end as they arise.
o Use Slack and Teamwork Desk for communication and ticketing system management.
o Conduct thorough testing and debugging of Salesforce applications to ensure functionality and performance.
o Create and maintain detailed documentation of Salesforce configurations, customizations, and development processes.
o Provide support with ad hoc tasks from the client and guide teaUpgrade to see actual infombers.
• Salesforce Development:
o Manage declarative and programmatic integrations with external systems.
o Maintain Apex Classes & Triggers (troubleshooting, amending, stopping/starting, etc.).
o Implement and maintain Lightning Web Components and Visualforce pages.
o Migrate code from Salesforce to a different cloud provider (AWS/Azure/TBD).
o Develop custom solutions and integrations using RESTful architecture and APIs.
o Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML/CSS for front-end development.

Requirements & Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience as a Salesforce Developer, with a strong understanding of Salesforce architecture and best practices.
• Experience with declarative Salesforce administration and reporting.
• Hands-on experience with Apex coding and Salesforce development.
• Proficiency in database administration, data normalization, and SOQL/SOSL.
• Experience with RESTful architecture and working with APIs.
• Strong understanding of data integration and migration techniques.
• Proficient in using version control tools and development environments.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and delivering high-quality results.
• Familiarity with tools like Zapier and webhooks for integrating various systems.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and strong communication skills.
• Commitment to high-quality output and attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications:
• Salesforce Platform Developer I (and II) certification.
• Experience with AWS or other cloud development providers.
• Experience with GoHighLevel.
• Additional training or coursework in Salesforce development and administration.
• Proactive mindset with a focus on process improvement.
• Participation in industry-related conferences or workshops.
