I am seeking a skilled and motivated Salesforce CRM & Marketing Data Administrator to manage and optimize lead data across Salesforce (SFDC), Marketo, and other sales and marketing tools. This role involves scrubbing and importing lead lists, maintaining data integrity, supporting marketing campaigns, and collaborating with sales teams to enhance reporting, automation, and pipeline management.
Salary: Up to Php 60,000 depending on experience

Core Tasks:
Manage and scrub event lead lists for accuracy.
Import lead lists into Marketo and ensure data integrity.
Communicate event details and lead updates to the sales team via Slack.
Set up Salesforce (SFDC) reports and views for the sales team.
Create and manage 6sense segments and alerts to support sales.
Manage funnels (i.e. create deals, update status, create tasks, etc.)
Upload, organize, and update leads or other data into the CRM
Pull missing data from online sources and enter into CRM
QC existing data and flag missing data elements as needed
Templated reporting and dashboarding within CRM
Assist with the creation of various CRM automations as needed
Perform contact imports with flat files
Communicate with clients as needed via
Must-Have:
2+ years of experience with SFDC CRM platforms.
Experience with Marketo or similar.
Experience managing and scrubbing lead lists for marketing campaigns.
Strong attention to detail in data management and reporting.
Ability to communicate effectively with sales and marketing teams.
Familiarity with 6sense and Sendoso is a plus.
Nice to Have:
Experience in event marketing support.
Knowledge of B2B sales and marketing automation tools.
Understanding of marketing attribution and lead tracking.
