Salesforce Administrator (Philippines - Remote)

Wings Insurance, a U.S.-based aviation specialty insurance broker, is looking for a Salesforce Administrator to join our team. This role will focus on troubleshooting our Salesforce org, particularly in Flows and Automations, as well as performing maintenance and data quality projects. Once proficiency is demonstrated, there is potential to work on feature upgrades and enhancements.

Key Responsibilities:

Diagnose and resolve issues related to Salesforce Flows, Automations, and general system performance
Perform routine maintenance and data quality improvements
Support end-users with troubleshooting and best practices
Ensure system integrity and compliance with data management policies
Potential to assist in enhancements and new feature implementations over time

Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Salesforce Administrator
Strong understanding of Flows and automation troubleshooting
Experience with data cleanup, validation, and maintenance
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
Salesforce Administrator certification is a plus

Remote role based in the Philippines
Preferred working hours: 8 AM – 5 PM CST (U.S. Central Time)
No insurance experience required
