JOB OVERVIEW

Job Summary

As a full-time part of our Salesforce team, you will be responsible for ensuring that our business runs smoothly on our Salesforce instance. Collaborating with regional and worldwide teams, you will proactively solve complex challenges, drive user adoption, and support high-impact digital transformation initiatives.

Job Responsibilities

• Own the Salesforce support experience by serving as the go-to expert for resolving
tickets and maintaining clear, timely communication with users.
• Partner with business teams to design and implement configuration changes
including reports, dashboards, and process automations that drive efficiency.
• Ensure business continuity by managing regular data loads, data integrity, and
system updates across the platform.
• Collaborate strategically with Salesforce architects and developers to enhance,
scale, and optimize the overall Salesforce implementation.
• Identify and champion continuous improvement opportunities that elevate the user
experience and business performance.

Minimum Qualifications

• EXCELLENT SPOKEN AND WRITTEN ENGLISH
• 2+ years of experience as a Salesforce admin (or equivalent) managing user access
and troubleshooting Salesforce configuration issues.
• Experience in updating and uploading dataset using Salesforce (or similar) data
tools.
• Hands-on experience with configuration of platform features including user
management, profiles, permissions, custom objects & fields, formulas, and workflow
rules.
• Ability to design and implement Salesforce reports & dashboards and Tableau to
deliver business insight.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to work independently and
manage multiple priorities.

Preferred Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on experience with the Salesforce platform, including deep
knowledge of data models, standard and custom objects, relationships, and
reporting capabilities.
• Ownership and familiarity with Apple Macintosh Hardware
• Strong understanding of Salesforce platform limitations, release cycles, and best
practices; ability to assess whether solutions require configuration, customization, or
third-party integrations.
• Proven experience working within Agile/Scrum delivery frameworks.
• Proficiency in creating and maintaining process and technical documentation to
support deployments and system changes.
• Familiarity with marketing tools and platforms such as Account Engagement or
similar.
• Active Salesforce and/or Tableau certification(s) strongly preferred
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to
translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences
