OpenCorp is a property investment company that assists and guides everyday investors through all stages of their investment journey. OpenCorp have collectively been involved in over $4 billion worth of property transactions and the acquisition of more than 7000 homes and investment properties.
We are looking for a Salesforce Administrator for our Marketing and Technology Department. The role is a full time position and will be required to work during our Australian business hours.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain, enhance, and optimize Salesforce platform configurations.
- Manage user accounts, profiles, roles, and permissions.
- Build and update custom reports and dashboards.
- Troubleshoot issues and provide end-user support.
- Implement automation processes such as workflows, triggers, and approval processes.
Skills and Attributes
- High proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Excellent written and verbal skills
- Attention to detail is crucial in this role
- Strong organizational skills and ability to work to tight timeframes
- Proactive and shows initiative
- Previous Virtual Assistant experience is preferred but not required
- Experience in the Australian real estate is desirable but not essential
- Salesforce Administrator Certification (ADM201) required
- Preferred experience with platforms like Aircall, Calendly, Jira, Confluence, Pardot, and Salesforce Inbox
- Proficient in Salesforce, Microsoft Excel, and data loader tools
Technology Requirement
- High-speed and stable internet connection with a router that has a secure password
- A mobile phone is required for authentication purposes
- A device will be issued and must adhere to the company's policies and standards
