Description:
We need an experienced Salesforce Administrator to execute a marketing attribution buildout in a Salesforce Enterprise org with Pardot (Account Engagement). The architecture is fully designed and documented with field-level specifications, Flow logic, and acceptance criteria. This is a hands-on execution role — not strategy or consulting.
You will build:
? 21 custom fields across Lead, Contact, and Opportunity with write-once (first-touch preservation) logic using Record-Triggered Flows
? A custom tracking ID object with campaign auto-association Flow
? A custom Marketing Touchpoint object for multi-touch tracking with sequence numbering
? Record-Triggered Flows for touchpoint creation on Campaign Member, Lead creation, and Pardot activities
? Lead conversion field mapping for UTM and click ID fields
? Custom report types, attribution reports (pipeline by source, CAC by channel), and dashboards
? Sandbox testing and production deployment for each phase
Important: This org has 0% Apex code coverage. All automation must use Flows — do not introduce Apex. You will work from a detailed spec and report to a US-based project lead who QAs each phase.
Must-haves:

? Pardot / Account Engagement (forms, Campaign Members, activity tracking)
? Custom objects, page layouts, Lead conversion mapping
? Salesforce Reports & Dashboards including custom report types
? Comfortable executing from a detailed technical specification
