We have an extensive database (340 clients ) of previous participants and families who have received services in the past. Many of these clients are no longer actively engaged, creating a significant opportunity to rebuild relationships and reconnect them with services that may benefit them today.

## About The Role
We are seeking an exceptional Client Relationship & Business Development Manager to become a key member of our team.
This is not a cold-calling role. This role will commence in 7-14 days.
You will be contacting previous participants, families, carers and referral sources who already know our organisation. Your role is to rebuild relationships, identify current needs and help reconnect people with the supports and services they require.
You will be responsible for approximately 340 inactive clients and will play a major role in helping grow the organisation.

## Key Responsibilities
### Client Relationship Management
* Contact previous participants and families.
* Build genuine long-term relationships.
* Conduct regular follow-up calls.
* Maintain accurate CRM records.
* Improve client retention and engagement.
### Business Development
* Re-engage inactive participants.
* Identify opportunities for additional supports.
* Generate referrals and new opportunities.
* Assist participants through onboarding processes.
* Build relationships with Support Coordinators, Plan Managers and families.
### Sales & Growth
* Convert inactive clients back into active participants.
* Increase utilisation of participant funding.
* Identify opportunities across:
* Social Supports
* Community Access
* Allied Health ( Physio, OT, Speech)
* Domestic Assistance
* Lawn & Garden Maintenance
* Housing and Support Services

## What Success Looks Like
Within your first 90 days:
* Contact 100% of inactive clients.
* Complete CRM notes for all conversations.
* Generate at least 30 meaningful participant conversations.
* Successfully re-engage former participants.
* Create a pipeline of new business opportunities.
* Increase overall participant utilisation.

## Essential Requirements
### Must Have
* Excellent spoken and written English.
* Outstanding communication skills.
* Previous sales, customer service or relationship management experience.
* Ability to build rapport quickly.
* Strong organisational skills.
* Reliable internet connection and home office setup.
* Ability to work independently and manage your own workload.

* Previous NDIS experience.

## Salary & Incentives
### Base Salary
AUD $1,500 per month + commissions
Salary will be based on experience, NDIS knowledge and previous performance.
### Performance Commissions
Additional commissions paid for:
* Re-engaged participants.
* New participant referrals.
* New service commencements.
* Revenue growth achieved.
High performers will have significant earning potential through the commission structure.

W want this role to be a long term role where you will continue to manage those relationships of those particpants who you can successful re engage with.
the role will involve a 2 weeks trial period of access to previous 30-40 clients and results will speak for themselves.
