JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to join our team as a Marketing and Sales Manager. In this role, you will lead marketing efforts to generate inbound leads and manage the sales pipeline while collaborating closely with the team. You will also play a crucial role in tracking and adjusting the performance of various marketing initiatives and representing the market's needs to the team.

As a Marketing and Sales Manager, your mission is to establish a holistic and inclusive system that fosters a sense of value, attentiveness, and unwavering support for Rabbis throughout their entire journey. Our aim is to ensure that Chabad Concierge continues to be the preferred and trusted partner for Rabbis seeking to hire assistants, all achieved through our dedicated marketing and sales efforts within the Chabad community.

Responsibilities

- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies that align with company goals and drive revenue growth and promote our services within the Shlichus community.
- Collaborate with the team to identify opportunities and strategies
- Lead the creation of marketing campaigns, from concept to execution, utilizing a mix of online and offline channels.
- Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns, adjusting strategies as needed to optimize results.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
- Develop and implement effective sales tactics to convert leads into clients.
- Engage with prospects to understand their needs and tailor our virtual assistant services accordingly.
- Share market insights and customer feedback to inform product development and service improvements.
- Act as the bridge between the market's needs and the internal team, representing the voice of the customer.

Qualifications

- Passion for the Chabad cause and a deep understanding of Chabad institutions and Shluchim.
- 3+ years of proven experience in marketing and sales roles with a demonstrated ability to drive results.
- Solid understanding of marketing principles, digital marketing, and traditional marketing strategies.
- Proven track record of successfully integrating marketing efforts with sales goals.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make strategic recommendations.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively across teams.
- Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box and generate innovative ideas.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Self-motivated and capable of working independently.
