Sales Support & Lead Nurturing (Remote)
About the Client:
We operate a portfolio of digital publishing accounts working with Brisbane’s leading hospitality groups, property developers, lifestyle brands, and tourism partners. We are a fast-paced team running a high-volume sales and partnerships operation with a strong pipeline of inbound and outbound opportunities across hospitality, venues, events, tourism, and lifestyle brands.
Role Overview
We are seeking a Sales Support Virtual Assistant to support our Head of Partnerships & Growth in managing the sales pipeline, lead nurturing, outreach, and appointment setting.
This role is execution-focused and suits someone highly organised, confident on the phone, and experienced in CRM-driven sales environments.
Key Responsibilities
CRM & Pipeline Management (Pipedrive)
Manage and update Pipedrive as the single source of truth
Build/maintain workflows, automations, and
Ensure accurate data hygiene across all deals and contacts
Track pipeline activity and produce reports
Lead Nurturing
Manage leads through the full funnel to booked meetings
Run multi-touch nurture sequences
Segment and prioritise leads by engagement and industry
Email
Create and manage outbound and nurture
Write personalised follow-ups and manage replies
A/B test subject lines and messaging
Maintain consistent brand tone
Appointment Setting (VoIP Calls)
Make outbound calls to qualify leads and book meetings
Follow up with warm prospects
Handle objections professionally
Prospecting
Research and build prospect lists
Identify decision-makers across target industries
Enrich and upload leads into CRM
Sales Support
Assist with proposals, meeting preparation, and follow-ups
Support calendar management and reporting
Essential Requirements
Strong experience with Pipedrive (automation, workflows, sequencing)
2+ years in SDR, BDR, sales support, or appointment setting
Strong written English with professional tone
Confident spoken English for outbound calls (VoIP experience required)
Experience managing 150+ active leads/pipeline
Strong attention to detail and CRM discipline
Comfortable using AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude) for sales workflows
Self-directed and highly organised
Desirable Experience
Media, influencer, hospitality, or digital publishing background
Tools: Apollo, ManyChat, Zapier, Google Workspace
Experience with Australian clients or hospitality industry
Working Arrangement
Full-time remote role
Core overlap: 10am–4pm Brisbane time (AEST)
