Sales Support

We are looking for a highly motivated and empathetic Sales person to join our remote team. The ideal candidate has strong written communication skills, great English skills, emotional intelligence, and the ability to build meaningful rapport with users. This role plays a crucial part in fostering positive interactions while adhering to our guidelines.

Responsibilities:
• Engage in friendly, professional, and goal-driven conversations.
• Apply basic sales techniques to encourage user engagement.
• Adapt tone and style to different audiences.
• Administrative tasks
• Critical thinking

Requirements:
• Strong written English and high emotional intelligence.
• Fast, accurate typing skills (50+ WPM preferred).
• Reliable internet connection.
• Willingness to learn, adapt, and apply feedback.
• Experience in sales or customer service is a plus but not required.
• Background in psychology is a plus.
