JOB OVERVIEW

DOM Solutions is currently looking for a Sales and Marketing Specialist, you will play a key role in driving the growth of our business by building relationships with potential clients and restoration/construction companies. You will be responsible for outreach, client engagement, and digital marketing efforts to promote our services. Your focus will be on identifying potential needs for temporary workers and growing our presence in the industry through proactive communication, marketing initiatives, and social media management.

Key Responsibilities:

- Client Outreach & Engagement:
- Reach out to potential clients in the construction and restoration industries to identify their staffing needs, particularly for temporary workers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at construction and restoration companies.
Schedule meetings and consultations to discuss specific client needs.

- Rate Sheets & Contract Management:
- Upon identifying potential client needs, send our rate sheets and relevant service information to prospective clients.
- Prepare and send contracts for clients to review and sign.
- Track and follow up with clients to ensure timely execution of agreements.

- Social Media & LinkedIn Engagement:
- Actively engage with potential clients and partners on LinkedIn to expand the company’s network and visibility.
- Develop and execute strategies to grow the company’s social media presence on platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, and Twitter.
- Create content for social media posts, blogs, and updates that reflect the company’s services, values, and industry insights.

- Google Business Profile & Reputation Management:
- Monitor and respond to customer reviews on Google Business Profile to maintain a positive reputation.
- Address customer inquiries or feedback with professionalism and promptness to ensure client satisfaction.

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in sales, marketing, or customer relationship management (preferably in the construction or restoration industries).
- Experience in construction is a must.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn and other social media platforms for business engagement.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and CRM software.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and driven to meet goals and deadlines.
