What You'll Do:
- Make approximately 200 outbound calls daily to prospective clients.
- Schedule calls with other company representatives once a prospect shows interest.
- Develop essential cold calling and lead generation skills under the guidance of experienced supervisors.
- Engage in lead qualification and handle initial documentation requests when necessary.

Be a key member of a motivated and supportive remote sales team, collaborating closely with other sales representatives and supervisors to refine your sales techniques and achieve collective goals.

Who We're Looking For:
- Persistent and Driven: You have a strong determination and the ability to handle rejection while maintaining a high call volume.
- Adaptable Learner: Eager to learn and adapt in a fast-paced, high-volume calling environment.
- Experience: Experience in cold calling or sales is a plus, but not necessary. At a minimum, candidates should have experience with a high volume of calls interacting with people, such as a customer service representative.
