Sales Representative / Customer Support

We are looking for a motivated and highly responsive Sales Representative to join our luxury yacht charter company for a long term, full time position.

This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to grow with the company over the coming years. We are looking for someone hardworking, reliable, proactive, and highly motivated to achieve strong sales results.

Main Responsibilities
• Communicate with international clients through WhatsApp, email, and phone
• Handle new inquiries and ongoing sales conversations
• Follow up with leads quickly and consistently
• Recommend suitable yacht options based on client requirements
• Convert inquiries into confirmed bookings
• Update leads, conversations, and tasks inside GoHighLevel
• Coordinate with our internal team, yacht owners, and suppliers
• Maintain professional, friendly, and sales focused communication

Requirements
• Native or near native English speaking level
• Previous experience in sales or customer service
• Experience with yacht charters or the yachting industry is highly preferred
• Experience using GoHighLevel is required
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Confident communicating with international and luxury clients
• Strong attention to detail
• Fast, proactive, reliable, and comfortable working independently
• Motivated, hardworking, and interested in a long term position
• Comfortable using TimeDoctor during all working hours, which is mandatory

Working Schedule
• Six days per week
• One weekend day is mandatory
• 48 working hours per week
• Eight working hours per day
• Standard shift from 4:00 PM until 12:00 AM Philippine time
• Breaks are excluded from the eight working hours
• Final working days will be agreed together
