Sales Representative

We are looking for a reliable and experienced Sales Representative to support our growing team in the financial services industry. This role focuses on client communication, lead follow-up, and CRM management.

The ideal candidate is confident in speaking with potential clients, organized in handling lead information, and experienced in sales or customer engagement.

Must Have
-At least 2 years of experience in sales, lead follow-up, or client communication
-Sales experience in forex industry
-Experience using CRM systems
-Previous call center experience
-Background in financial services or digital finance industry
-Experience in lead generation or customer engagement
-Comfortable handling outbound calls and follow-ups
-Strong verbal and written communication skills
-Organized and detail-oriented
-Ability to work independently and manage time effectively

Responsibilities
-Follow up with interested leads and potential clients
-Maintain professional communication through calls and messages
-Update and manage client records in the CRM system
-Coordinate with the internal team regarding lead status and progress
-Assist in maintaining positive client relationships
-Support daily sales and lead management activities
