Sales Representative

We're Hiring: Sales Representative
Location: Remote
Schedule: Tue–Sat or Mon–Fri, 9 AM–5 PM EST

Are you a motivated sales professional with 1+ year experience? Circle of Greatness is growing, and we’re looking for 20 Sales Setters to help drive outbound calls, engage leads, and book appointments for our coaching programs.

What You’ll Do
-Make 100% outbound calls from our CRM leads (300 dials/day or 3 qualified sets).
-Re-engage abandoned carts and failed payments to move leads toward enrollment.
-Support monthly virtual summits and help move leads along the sales funnel.
-Attend daily training and hit KPIs set by management.

What We Offer
-First 90 days: 5% commission on cash collected by closers.
-After 90 days (if KPIs are met): $2,000 base + 3% commission.
