Role Summary

As a Sales Development Representative, your role is to connect with businesses and introduce them to our Refer & Earn program, a simple way for them to generate additional revenue by promoting our platform.

You will guide partners through the process of signing up and installing a widget on their website, enabling them to earn commissions from referrals. This role is ideal for individuals who are persuasive, energetic, and motivated by performance and conversions.

What You’ll Do
- Conduct outbound outreach via calls and emails to introduce the referral program
- Clearly explain the earning potential and value proposition to business owners
- Drive partner sign-ups and widget placements
- Perform consistent and strategic follow-ups to maximize conversions
- Maintain accurate records of all outreach and progress in the CRM system

How Success is Measured
Your performance will be evaluated based on:
- Number of partners onboarded per week
- Activation rate (partners who successfully install the widget)
- Conversion rate from outreach to signup
