Here are the details of the position:

Job Title: Sales Representative for Hookah Distribution Company
Location: Flexible – Must be willing to travel
Salary: $400-$600 Fixed Salary monthly Bases + 5% to 8% Over Profit Commission (Sales Objectives are required to achieve). Salary will be review after a year.
Experience: Sales experience is required, preferably in the distribution or tobacco industry
Language: Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus)
Hookah Knowledge: Strong understanding of hookahs and related products is highly desirable. If not strong and easy capacity to learn

Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, distributors, and retailers in the hookah industry
- Promote and sell our range of high-quality hookah products, ensuring customer satisfaction and increased market share
- Conduct market research and stay up-to-date with industry trends to identify new business opportunities
- Plan and execute sales strategies to achieve targets and objectives
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional activities and materials
- Provide product training and support to customers when needed
- Prepare regular sales reports and meet assigned deadlines

Required Skills:
- Proven track record in sales, preferably in the distribution or tobacco industry
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and driven to achieve sales goals
- Flexibility to make job on USA timing
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools is a plus
