Fulltime Sales Manager/ Representative for Web Development Services

Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales representative to join our team in generating leads, closing sales, and building effective sales strategies for our web development services.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Business Development: Utilize phone, email, and social media for outreach, introducing our company and pinpointing suitable buyers within our target market.
• Effectively present and promote our web development services to potential clients, showcasing the value and benefits of our offerings.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop targeted campaigns and promotional materials to support sales efforts.
• Lead Follow-Up and Research: Proactively pursue leads and conduct thorough research to identify potential prospects.
• Needs Analysis: Conduct comprehensive needs analyses to understand prospects' pain points, tailoring our products and services accordingly.
• Identify Buying Influencers: Identify key decision-makers within prospect organizations to ascertain budget and timeline.
• Relationship Management: Initiate and maintain regular communications with prospects, nurturing relationships and guiding opportunities through the sales funnel.
• CRM Oversight: Effectively manage data for new and potential clients within our CRM system, ensuring accurate logging of interactions, up-to-date information, and attachment of relevant documents.
• Achievement of Sales Quota: TBD
• Report regularly on sales performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
2. Minimum of 3 years of experience in a sales or business development role, preferably in the web development industry.
3. Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
4. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
5. Strong organizational and time-management abilities to effectively balance a part-time workload.
6. Comfortable working independently and as part of a team.
7. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.

Remuneration:
Base salary of PHP 25,000 per month, along with attractive commission structures based on achieved sales targets.
