As we expand our portfolio to the US, we’re looking for experienced and talented real estate teaUpgrade to see actual infombers to help us secure rental houses for subletting and short/medium-term rentals. What You'll Do:

- Lead Generation: Search for property owners using platforms like Zillow and generate high-quality real estate leads.
- Outreach & Communication: Initiate contact with property owners via calls and emails, setting up property visits to discuss rental opportunities.
- Contract Negotiation: Work diligently to secure rental contracts with property owners, paving the way for our expansion in the US market.
- Reporting: Maintain detailed records of leads, visits, and contracts to help refine our approach and drive continuous improvement.

What We’re Looking For:

- Real Estate & Sales Expertise: Proven experience in real estate leads and sales, with a strong track record in generating and converting leads.
- Zillow Proficiency: Familiarity with Zillow and other property platforms to effectively source potential properties.
- Communication & Negotiation: Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate clearly and negotiate successfully.
- Resilience & Persistence: A determined attitude to overcome initial challenges during the learning curve and a passion for long-term success.

Bonus Structure & Growth Opportunities:

- Standard Bonuses: Earn 1,000 PHP for every landlord who accepts a visit and 10,000 PHP for every house contract secured.

- Your Bonuses Potential:
Book 10 visits & secure 1 contract -> Earn bonuses of 20,000 PHP/month
Book 20 visits & secure 2 contracts -> Earn bonuses of 40,000 PHP/month
Book 30 visits & secure 3 contracts -> Earn bonuses of 60,000 PHP/month
