JOB OVERVIEW

We’re looking for a hands-on, execution-focused Sales Operator to support our day-to-day sales activities and work directly with the founder.

This is not a strategic or managerial role. This is for someone who enjoys doing the actual work, reaching out, following up, organizing the pipeline, and helping move deals forward.

You’ll play a key role in creating ---------- ntum in the sales process through consistent action, strong follow-through, and attention to detail.

Responsibilities:
-Proactively reach out to potential clients (email, LinkedIn, and other channels)
-Identify and qualify real opportunities
-Build, organize, and maintain a clean and active sales pipeline
-Book meetings and support deal progression through consistent follow-ups
-Work closely with the founder on daily execution (call prep, scheduling, next steps)
-Ensure no opportunities fall through the cracks
-Track conversations, update CRM/tools, and keep everything organized
-Continuously improve messaging and outreach based on results and feedback

Requirements
-3+ years of experience in sales, outbound prospecting, or business development (B2B preferred)
-Proven experience in hands-on execution (cold outreach, follow-ups, pipeline management)
-Comfortable doing daily outbound work with consistency (email, LinkedIn, messaging)
-Experience in lead generation and qualification
-Strong ability to manage and maintain a sales pipeline
-Ability to move conversations forward (from outreach ? meeting ? next steps)
-Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
-Experience using CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Pipedrive, or similar)
-Familiarity with LinkedIn outreach and cold email tools
-Comfortable with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Calendar)
