Sales Operations Specialist

This is NOT a general virtual assistant role. We are looking for a systems-thinker who can master ---------- and ensure our data integrity.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain the "Lead Score" system. Flag "High-Priority" leads (1A/2A) to the management team immediately.

Follow up with store managers if daily reports are incomplete or inconsistent.

Quotation & Take-off (Bluebeam Specialist):

Perform accurate quantity take-offs using Bluebeam.

Prepare professional draft quotes. Accuracy is non-negotiable (Mistakes = Loss of money).

Digital Asset & Price Maintenance:

Keep the internal price list and website "Single Source of Truth."

Basic graphic updates for product manuals (Canva/PDF).

Customer Inquiry Triage:

First-line response for online inquiries using pre-approved scripts.

Qualify leads before handing them over to the store sales team.

Requirements:

Proven experience with ---------- (Automations, Dashboards).

Expertise in Bluebeam or similar flooring/construction take-off software.

"Extreme Ownership" mindset: You don't just enter data; you ensure the data makes sense.

Excellent written English (Australian market experience is a plus).
