Aisles of Learning is a trusted advisor in the education sector, dedicated to guiding schools, districts, and parents through policy uncertainty with expert consulting, innovative digital courses, and engaging community workshops. As we expand our services and target new client segments, we are seeking a dynamic Sales & Marketing Manager to drive our strategic initiatives and propel us toward our revenue goal by the end of 2025.

Job Description-
We are looking for a results-driven Sales & Marketing Manager who can develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies that align with our business objectives. You will be responsible for elevating our brand, diversifying our client base, and spearheading multi-channel digital campaigns and strategic partnerships. Your role will involve overseeing both sales operations and marketing efforts to enhance our consulting programs and introduce new offerings, such as parent workshops and digital courses.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Planning & Execution
Develop clear, measurable marketing objectives aligned with our business goals.
Lead the planning and execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns (digital, social media, content marketing, email, PPC, SEO).
Utilize market and situational analysis to adapt strategies in response to policy shifts and market trends.

Brand Positioning & Thought Leadership-
Establish and reinforce Aisles of Learning as the go-to trusted advisor for education leaders and parents.
Oversee the creation and distribution of thought leadership content including whitepapers, case studies, blogs, and video series.
Work closely and collaboratively with Business Development Manager to effectuate deliverables.
Secure speaking engagements and participation in industry events to enhance brand visibility.

Sales Enablement & Client Acquisition-
Develop and implement sales strategies that drive client expansion into schools, districts, parents, and community organizations.
Manage the creation of sales playbooks, CRM integration, and data-driven outreach programs.
Work closely with the sales team to ensure the delivery of tailored solutions and consistent messaging.
Service Diversification & Workshop Development
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and promote innovative service bundles (e.g., consulting programs combined with parent workshops).
Pilot and refine workshop content and formats (both live and virtual) to address key concerns and enhance client engagement.

Strategic Partnerships & Community Outreach-
Forge relationships with local and national education bodies, influencers, and community organizations.
Develop cross-promotional partnerships that drive co-hosted events and collaborative marketing initiatives.
Performance Measurement & Optimization
Set and monitor KPIs, including lead generation, conversion rates, digital engagement, and revenue growth.
Utilize CRM and analytics tools to continuously assess campaign performance and make data-driven adjustments.
Implement client feedback loops to improve service offerings and strengthen customer retention.

Requirements-
Experience:
Proven track record in sales and marketing management, preferably within the education sector or related industries.
Demonstrated success in developing and executing multi-channel digital marketing campaigns and sales strategies.
Skills:
Strong strategic thinking, project management, and analytical skills.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency with CRM systems, digital marketing tools, and analytics platforms.
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (advanced degree is a plus).
