Sales Manager and Business Developer (Initially as a full-time paid intern)

This is an extremely exciting opportunity to learn business and sales while working on several businesses. The role has huge growth potential and is one of the best routes into senior management, likely as the CSO or CEO of one of our businesses.

The role involves working somewhat flexible hours with a friendly team in any location. The internship will have a three-month trial period. After a year, assuming you demonstrate success, we will hire you in a senior role.

The first company you’ll be working with is the already-established Memorie Keeper, which currently sells Photobooks and Canvas. Your responsibilities in this role are to grow sales both domestically and, ideally, internationally. This dynamic role will be very varied and will likely include:

Setting up retail sales through photography studio partners.
Billboard and local marketing
Pitching your own sales ideas
Setting up overseas operations in new territories
Hiring new staff members

Additionally, you will be involved in other businesses and potentially personal projects such as:

A silk garments business you would be part of starting up
An existing personal development business named Optimizing Life
Personal and business property development (potential new business)
Potentially new ideas instigated by you

The role will involve substantial training aimed at making you suitable for upper management roles or starting your own business. One of the two owners is a trained teacher and leading personal development expert who will personally train you.

Requirements:

100% fluent in English and Tagalog, both written and spoken. (Your managers will be a couple: one Filipino and one English.) The role will likely eventually involve talking with senior managers from other countries.
