Sales Manager – Property Management & Real Estate

We are seeking a motivated Sales Manager with experience in real estate, property management, or real estate investing to lead our outbound sales efforts and grow our property management portfolio.

Responsibilities
Manage and coach a team of 3 part-time appointment setters.
Oversee outbound calling campaigns targeting absentee landlords and rental property owners.
Present our property management services to property owners.
Show prospects how their property may perform under our management.
Convert qualified appointments into new property management clients.
Track team performance and sales results.

Requirements
Experience in real estate, property management, or real estate investment.
Proven sales and closing ability.
Team leadership or sales management experience preferred.
Strong communication and follow-up skills.

Compensation
Starting Pay: $6.00/hour
Commission: To be discussed
