Unique Modest Bridal is seeking a highly motivated, aggressive, and results-driven Virtual Assistant (VA) with strong outbound sales skills and a proven track record in wholesale and retail sales. We are looking for someone who thrives on speaking with store owners all day, booking appointments, and closing deals to expand our bridal business.
About Us:
Unique Modest Bridal is not a bridal store — we are a manufacturer of modest wedding dresses. Our product is a new niche in the bridal industry that we are introducing to new bridal stores across the USA. This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-growing company in a market with high potential for success.
Main Responsibilities:
Outbound Sales & Cold Calling: Must be highly dedicated to making outbound calls all day to both wholesale and retail customers, confidently introducing our brand, and securing appointments with the owner to close deals. Sales & Business Development (B2B & B2C): Aggressively pursuing wholesale (B2B) deals with bridal stores and promoting private bridal (B2C) sales. Booking Appointments: Actively reaching out to store owners and potential retail customers to book meetings and follow up on leads until deals are secured. Invoice Management: Must be able to write invoices, manage payments, and accurately process credit card transactions using Stripe or other payment platforms. Tracking Leads: Create and manage detailed tracking sheets to ensure every lead is carefully followed up on and no opportunity is missed. Follow-Up & Persistence: Must be a fighter who relentlessly follows up with leads, stays organized, and never gives up on a potential deal. Client Relations: Engaging with private brides and wholesale buyers to build relationships and secure orders. Order Processing & Payments: Ensuring all invoices are correctly written, payments are processed accurately, and orders are tracked. Leadership Potential: The right candidate will have the opportunity to be promoted to lead and train the sales team as we expand our workforce.
Requirements:
Aggressive sales mindset – Must be eager to sell, pursue leads, and close deals daily. Proven experience in outbound sales – Particularly in wholesale or retail sales. Driven and motivated personality – Hungry for success and excited about earning high bonuses. Must be persistent, able to handle objections, and consistently follow up on leads. Strong communication and negotiation skills with the ability to build trust with potential clients. Perfect English (spoken & written) is required. Must have experience in sales, bridal fashion, or wholesale management. Must have experience with Adobe for creating and editing documents. Must be able to get on video calls confidently with a classy appearance to represent the company professionally. Strong persuasion and convincing skills are essential. Ability to train and lead a growing sales team once promoted. Must be available Monday–Friday, 10 AM – 6 PM (EST).
Technical Skills Required:
Strong experience with Google Sheets, Word, and Adobe. Knowledge of Stripe or other invoicing/payment platforms for processing credit card transactions. Familiarity with CRM systems for lead and customer management. Must be detailed-oriented with strong organizational skills to stay on top of tasks. Must create and review lead tracking sheets to ensure all follow-ups are handled properly.

Fighter mentality – Someone who aggressively follows up on every lead and never gives up until the sale is closed. Ability to take initiative and manage all sales processes independently. We are seeking someone with a manager’s mindset who can prove their skills, excel in this role, and eventually be promoted to a lead sales manager responsible for training and managing a team.

Compensation:
Starting at $4 per hour during the trial period. After proving your skills, the hourly rate will be negotiated based on performance. Earn 5-10% commission on every closed deal. Bonuses can exceed $1,000/month for high achievers.
