About Us:
Biohack The Fat is a growing wellness company dedicated to helping men over 40 transform their health and lose stubborn belly fat through scientifically backed strategies. We focus on metabolic health, fat adaptation, and the proven ways to optimize fat-burning metabolism. We are looking for a Sales Manager to join our team, responsible for driving lead generation and enrollment meetings to help people take the first step towards healthier lives.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation & Qualification:
-Generate qualified leads through social media,
-Qualify leads and schedule them for enrollment meetings.
-Maintain and organize a pipeline of leads using CRM tools.
-Booking Enrollment Meetings:
-Reach out to leads, qualify them for enrollment meetings, and schedule appointments.
-Confirm appointments and provide necessary details to ensure leads are prepared for their meetings.
Follow-Up and Lead Nurturing:
-Follow up with potential clients who have not booked or confirmed meetings.
-Use
Tracking & Reporting:
-Track meetings scheduled, client progress, and successful enrollments.
-Provide weekly updates on your pipeline and performance metrics.
Commission Structure:
Base Pay: $2–$4/hour for lead generation tasks.
-Successful Enrollments: $2,500 USD per successful enrollment.
Commissions:
10% on the first 5 enrollments = $250 USD per successful enrollment.
15% for 6–10 enrollments = $375 USD per successful enrollment.
20% for 11+ enrollments = $500 USD per successful enrollment.
Example of Monthly Earnings:
5 enrollments: Base pay $320 + commission $1,250 = $1,570 USD/month.
10 enrollments: Base pay $320 + commission $3,750 = $4,070 USD/month.
15 enrollments: Base pay $320 + commission $7,500 = $7,820 USD/month.
Requirements:
-Previous sales and lead generation experience (preferably in health/wellness).
-Experience using CRM tools to manage leads and track progress.
-Excellent written and spoken English skills.
-Proactive communicator who works well independently.
-Ability to manage your own time effectively and work remotely.
-Target-driven with a proven track record of achieving sales goals.
