We are looking for a highly driven Senior Sales Manager / Commercial Lead who can take ownership of revenue-generating relationships across the business and work directly with the CEO to drive growth.
The Opportunity
This is not a traditional sales role. We are looking for a proven closer who can build opportunities from scratch, develop relationships with decision-makers, and personally close deals.
You will own the full sales cycle across multiple business lines and play a key role in helping scale the company internationally. This role begins as a part-time position at 20 hours per week. Candidates who demonstrate strong execution, ownership, and the ability to consistently generate and close opportunities will have the opportunity to transition into a full-time role at 40 hours per week.

What You'll Be Responsible For
You will own all revenue-generating relationships across the group, including brand partnerships, media licensing opportunities, FAST and OTT distribution partnerships, DubDash new business development, and creator service partnerships.
You will be responsible for building and managing your own pipeline, conducting outbound prospecting, qualifying opportunities, leading discovery and sales calls, creating proposals, negotiating commercial terms, closing deals, and ensuring a smooth handoff to operations. You will also maintain CRM accuracy, provide regular reporting, forecast revenue, and proactively identify risks and opportunities.
This position reports directly to the CEO with a dotted reporting line to the COO.
What We're Looking For
We are seeking someone with at least four years of B2B sales or business development experience and a demonstrated personal track record of closing consultative, multi-week sales opportunities. You should be able to show real numbers and revenue results from deals you have personally closed.
You must be comfortable owning the full sales cycle from prospecting to close and be confident communicating with senior decision-makers across Europe, the United States, and the Middle East. Near-native business English, both written and verbal, is essential for this role.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, self-motivated, accountable, and capable of building systems and opportunities from scratch. We are looking for a self-starter who can operate independently while maintaining strong communication with leadership.
Candidates with experience in SaaS, media, creator economy businesses, content licensing, FAST channels, OTT distribution, or high-ticket B2B services will be viewed favorably, although these are not required.
This Role Is Not For You If
Your recent career has focused primarily on managing sales teams instead of personally closing deals. You have experience only in appointment setting or SDR roles without a proven closing record. You rely on company logos or network connections rather than demonstrated sales performance. You require a fully built-out system, extensive support, or a large team in order to succeed.
