Sales Lead Generator/Telemarketer

SALES LEAD GENERATOR > EARN SALARY + TOP COMMISIONS ***

We are hiring on behalf of a growing healthcare company who provides products the industry. As a sales lead generator you will be making outbound calls to other businesses and pitching them the products available while building up a rapport. In the business-to-business sales lead generation position you will also complete inbound calls, qualifying new leads and their needs, and creating a prospective pipeline of sales. This sales lead generation position is fast paced and competitive due to making 300 plus calls a day.

What you will be doing as a sales lead generator:
• Conducting outbound calls sourcing and generating new leads.
• Completing inbound calls generated from web leads.
• Creating growth and revenue of the company through meeting and exceeding targets.
• Following sales compliancy rules while completing sales to a high standard.
• Presenting various supply solutions to clients on an individual basis.
• Utilizing the EIC marketing library/database.

Experience:
• Outbound cold calling experience.
• Some knowledge of the cosmetic industry (not essential as provided during training).
• Experience working in a target driven environment.

YOU MUST HAVE A QUITE OFFICE FROM WHERE YOU CAN WORK, WITH LITTLE OR NO BACKGROUND NOISE.
• You must have a quite location from where to work, high speed internet, noise cancelling headsets, newer computer, power/internet backup if you reside in a location prone to frequent power/internet outages.

Shift / Compensation:

• You will be required to work an 8 hour shift mon-fri in various time zones.

• You will be compensated 360.00 USD/ monthly + $ 25.00 bonus on each sale completed.
