Sales Funnel & Automation Specialist – Luxury Travel & Gaming Niches

We are seeking a Sales Funnel & Automation Specialist to help design, implement, and optimize high-converting sales funnels for both industries. This role requires expertise in CRM automation, audience engagement, and conversion-driven marketing.


Position: Full-Time / Part-Time / Contract (Flexible Based on Experience)

Job Description:

We are looking for a highly skilled and data-driven Sales Funnel & Automation Specialist to build and manage automated lead generation systems for two core niches:

1. Luxury Travel – Focused on exclusive destinations, excursions, and all-inclusive packages.

2. Gaming & Esports – Covering PC gaming equipment, console modifications, gaming setups, and engaging Esports, Upgrade to see actual info, Reddit, and blog communities.

As a key player in our marketing and sales team, you will be responsible for creating, optimizing, and automating customer acquisition funnels to drive engagement and increase sales.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Sales Funnel Creation & Optimization

• Develop custom sales funnels for luxury travel packages and gaming-related products.

• Optimize landing pages, email sequences, and retargeting ads for maximum conversions.

• Implement upsells, cross-sells, and checkout optimization techniques.

2. CRM & Sales Tech Integration

• Set up and manage GoHighLevel, HubSpot, Upgrade to see actual info, and Salesforce to capture and nurture leads.

• Automate customer touchpoints and engagement through CRM workflows.

3. Automation & Workflow Management

• Use Zapier to automate lead follow-ups, engagement tracking, and campaign workflows.

• Implement Slack notifications for real-time sales updates and lead interactions.

• Build GoHighLevel Workflows to manage abandoned cart recovery and retargeting.

4. Data Reporting & Audience Tracking

• Track conversion rates and lead sources using Google Sheets and Looker Studio.

• Analyze audience behavior in Esports communities, Upgrade to see actual info, Reddit, and travel forums.

• Provide data-driven insights to refine targeting and ad performance.

5. Niche-Specific Engagement & Growth Strategies

• Luxury Travel – Leverage influencer marketing, exclusive event promotions, and VIP customer segmentation.

• Gaming & Esports – Build relationships in Upgrade to see actual info and Reddit gaming communities, and optimize paid ads targeting competitive gamers and PC builders.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 3+ years of experience in sales funnel creation, CRM automation, or digital marketing.

• Strong knowledge of lead generation strategies, paid advertising (Facebook, Google, TikTok Ads), and email automation.

• Experience working with luxury travel brands or gaming product marketing is a huge plus.

• Ability to curate and engage gaming audiences through Esports communities, Upgrade to see actual info, Reddit, and gaming blogs.

• Strong analytical skills and experience using Google Analytics, Google Sheets, and Looker Studio.

• Proven ability to scale digital marketing campaigns and increase conversion rates.
