Your Mission:
Source & qualify leads via
Send outreach messages
Manage CRM and sales pipelines (GoHighLevel, Zoho, or similar)
Follow up with warm leads, cold leads, and past contacts
Track outreach and booking metrics daily
Answer customer inquiries and help close jobs
Collaborate with our marketing team to hit weekly revenue goals
Follow up on estimates & proposals to seal the deal
Conduct basic phone sales or warm calling (optional but a plus)
What You Bring:
Fluent English (spoken + written) – no script reading
Proven sales or appointment-setting experience
Experience with cold outreach, follow-up systems, and CRM software
Strong communication & people skills
Comfortable with direct outreach and follow-up messaging
Strong attention to detail, organization, and tracking
Confident in speaking with homeowners or business owners
Preferred (but not required):
Knowledge of asphalt, construction, or home services
Ability to handle inbound/outbound customer calls
Familiar with GoHighLevel, HubSpot, or Zoho CRM
Compensation & Growth:
Start at 44 hours/week, based on performance
