We are a growing digital transformation and productivity consulting company helping businesses in the United States and Australia streamline operations, automate workflows, and improve team productivity using modern work management platforms. As we scale, we are looking for a driven and results-oriented Business Development Representative to help us grow our client base and close high-value deals.

What you'll do
1. Identify and prospect potential clients across the United States and Australia through LinkedIn, email, and other outbound channels
2. Schedule and lead discovery calls with international clients to uncover their business needs and challenges
3. Present the company's services — including workflow implementation, consulting, and process optimization — in a compelling and consultative way
4. Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation through to close
5. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of prospects and pipeline activity
6. Collaborate with the implementation team to ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new clients

What we're looking for
1. Experience in B2B sales, SaaS sales, or international sales
2. Strong English communication skills — both spoken and written
3. Comfortable and confident speaking with US and Australian clients
4. Ability to run consultative discovery calls and position solutions effectively
5. Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently in a remote setup
6. Experience with LinkedIn outreach, cold email, or lead generation is a plus

Compensation
1. Base salary: $600/month
2. Commission: Up to 30% per deal closed
3. Top performers have uncapped earning potential depending on deals closed
