The Role
You will be the voice of our brand. Your mission is to take inquiries and turn them into high-value bulk orders (curtains, beddings, dry cleaning, and load washes). You will manage our "New Year 2026 Reset" campaign, offering exclusive bulk discounts to homeowners and B2B clients.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Lead Response: Turning WhatsApp, Instagram, and
Proactive Outreach: Hunting for new business by contacting Airbnb hosts, property managers, and fitness centers.
Upselling: Educating customers on our bulk services to move their order value above the $200 threshold.
Independence: Working autonomously to hit daily and weekly sales targets without someone looking over your shoulder.

Hungry: You are motivated by targets and love earning performance bonuses.
Proactive: You don’t wait for instructions. You see a problem and you solve it.
Sales-Driven: You understand the psychology of selling and know how to handle objections.
Reliable: You have a stable internet connection and a "quiet-zone" for occasional calls, though most work is via chat.
Fast Learner: You can quickly master our service offerings and the Singaporean market context.
