Job Description:
Sales – Achieve periodic sales targets by executing approved sales strategies; ensure conversion of inbound calls into sales and make outbound calls to pursue selling opportunities.
Account Management –
• Apply industry experience and initiatives in sales and marketing to retain existing clients, penetrate new markets, generate sales leads, and grow the company’s market share.
• Develop a deep understanding of customer needs through active listening and keeping abreast of technological trends to offer responsive solutions and provide appropriate customer support
• Ensure accurate and timely maintenance of client records in CRM (SalesForce and Google sheets).
Relationship Management – Build and maintain sustainable relationships with clients and suppliers and leverage upon such partnerships to secure advantages for the company’s best interests.
Product Knowledge – Build product knowledge base by understanding product information, inventory, features and technical specifications to answer specific customer questions.
Marketing Campaign – Coordinate sales efforts with marketing programs to support campaigns
Contract Management –
• Prepare proposals and quotes with prospective clients by working with internal teams to determine pricing schedules and promotions for negotiation leverage
• Ensure proper due diligence of all contractual stipulations and documentation requirements prior to closing of transaction
Tea
Job Requirements:
* College Degree preferably sales or marketing
* Minimum 1-2 years work in sales, prior B2B call center experience is an advantage
* Familiar with CRM Software
* Verbal and written English proficiency
