JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Director to lead our sales team, develop strategic sales plans, and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales leadership, a deep understanding of market trends, and the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships. This role requires exceptional leadership, analytical, and communication skills to ensure the achievement of business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve business growth and revenue targets.
* Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team, setting performance goals and monitoring results.
* Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and market trends to expand the company’s client base.
* Establish and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
* Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales strategies with company objectives.
* Analyze sales data, market conditions, and competitor activities to make informed business decisions.
* Drive the adoption of sales tools and CRM systems to improve sales efficiency and reporting.
* Prepare and present sales forecasts, budgets, and reports to senior management.
* Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and ethical sales practices.

Qualifications & Requirements:
*Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
* Proven experience (typically 5+ years) in sales leadership roles.
* Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
* Excellent leadership, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to analyze market trends, sales metrics, and business data.
* Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools.
* Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications:
* Experience in fitness and wellness campaigns.
* Familiarity with digital sales strategies and e-commerce platforms.
* Strong network and relationships within the industry.
