???? Part-Time Cold Calling Job – $5/hr + $50 Per Meeting Booked

Want to earn extra income while learning one of the most valuable skills in business—sales?

We’re looking for fluent English speakers who are motivated to grow. You don’t need any experience—we’ll train you—but you do need to be comfortable speaking on the phone and open to learning.

If you already have sales experience, that’s a bonus—but it’s not required.

???? Who We Are

We’re a small, Switzerland-based sales agency that helps fast-growing software (SaaS) companies across Europe book meetings with new clients.

Our job is to reach out to high-level decision-makers—like CEOs and Directors—over the phone, start a real conversation, and book them in for an introductory meeting with our clients.

We’ve worked on projects ranging from contacting small and mid-sized companies to reaching out to large enterprises like Vodafone and Barclays.

???? What You’ll Earn

- USD $5/hour to start – 10 hours/week (you dUpgrade to see actual info your schedule)
- USD $50 bonus for every meeting you book
- Realistic earnings: Most reps book 1 meeting every 6–8 hours (even without prior experience). That’s $250–$300/month in bonuses on top of your hourly pay—just for 5–6 meetings booked.
- Top reps do even better: Some book 1 meeting every 2 hours.

That means your base pay is $200/month for 10 hours a week. But once you’re consistently booking 4–6 meetings, you’ll earn an extra $200–$300 in bonuses.

That’s part-time hours with full-time earning potential.

???? What the Job Actually Is

We call CEOs, VPs, and Directors to start real conversations—and book them in for introductory meetings with our clients.

It’s not spammy. It’s not pushy.

We use a respectful, permission-based approach to cold calling that actually works.

Here’s what you’ll do:

- Make cold calls to senior decision-makers (don’t worry, we’ll train you)
- Follow a proven script that opens real conversations
- Use objection-handling tools that help you stay confident and in control
- Represent great products that solve real problems
- You’re not “just” a cold caller. You’ll speak on equal footing—even with top-level executives.
- We only work with companies that offer legit products. That means you’re talking about real solutions to real problems these executives care about.

We’ve built a fully mapped-out process to help you succeed—complete with scripts, objection-handling playbooks, and real examples. You’ll have answers ready for 99% of the questions you’ll face. You'll feel confident and in control after just a few hours of calling. We'll guide you there, step by step.

Cold calling is the toughest part of sales. If you can call someone out of the blue and book a meeting, every other part of sales becomes easy. You’ll build real confidence in communication, persuasion, and resilience.
