We’re on an exciting journey of rapid expansion, and we’re looking for a driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our growing team.

The Opportunity

As an SDR at CyberStockroom, you will play a critical role in driving our growth. Working closely with our executive team, you’ll have a front-row seat to the strategic decisions shaping our company and the opportunity to contribute to our success from day one. What You’ll Do

- Identify and engage high-value prospects in target industries, leveraging research and strategic outreach.
- Craft and deliver compelling emails, calls, and LinkedIn messages to connect with decision-makers.
- Qualify leads and book discovery calls or demos for the executive team.
- Collaborate with the executive team to refine messaging, target markets, and strategies for outbound campaigns.
- Work on innovative outreach campaigns, including land-and-expand strategies with existing clients.
- Maintain accurate records of outreach efforts, lead interactions, and outcomes in our CRM system (Pipedrive).
- Demonstrate familiarity with safe and effective email practices, including strategies to avoid getting blocked or flagged, especially in light of recent changes in email rules and regulations.

What We’re Looking For

- A self-starter with 1-2 years of sales or lead generation experience (B2B SaaS preferred).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with a natural ability to connect with others.
- A growth mindset and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, startup environment.
- Comfortable with tools like CRM systems (e.g., Pipedrive), LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and other prospecting platforms.
- Knowledge of safe email-sending practices, including avoiding spam traps, understanding email authentication (SPF, DKIM, DMARC), and staying compliant with regulations like GDPR and CAN-SPAM.
- A passion for learning and openness to feedback to continuously improve.
