ABOUT THE ROLE

Trizan
is seeking a motivated, professional, and confident Sales Development Representative (SDR) based in the Philippines to support our growing business operations in Ontario, Canada.

This role focuses on introducing our company and services to potential business clients through LinkedIn outreach, email campaigns, and outbound calling. The goal is to generate interest in our internet technology and business solutions, build strong relationships with prospects, and schedule qualified meetings for our Ontario team, including both in-person and online appointments.

You will communicate the value of our services, showcase examples of our previous projects, and help create strong first impressions with prospective clients. We are looking for someone who is comfortable speaking with business owners and decision-makers while building rapport and maintaining professional communication at all times.

RESPONSIBILITIES

You will be responsible for generating leads through outbound outreach using LinkedIn, email, and phone calls. You will introduce prospects to Trizan’s services and solutions, qualify potential clients, and schedule appointments for our sales team in Ontario. You will also maintain accurate records of all communications and lead activity using our centralized CRM and internal company software.

Our company uses a custom remote tracking and lead management system where employees can manage leads, update prospect information, and clock in and out remotely from their home computer.

REQUIREMENTS

Applicants must have excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken. Professional phone etiquette and confidence speaking with clients are mandatory for this role.

Previous experience in lead generation, sales outreach, appointment setting, customer engagement, or SDR/BDR roles is preferred. Experience working with Canadian or North American clients is considered an asset.

Applicants must also be self-motivated, organized, professional, and capable of working independently in a remote work environment.

TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS

Applicants must have access to a reliable high-speed internet connection, a personal computer or laptop suitable for remote work, and a quiet and professional work-from-home environment.

COMPENSATION

This position is available as either part-time or full-time and includes competitive base compensation plus performance-based commission opportunities. All payments will be made in CAD.
