JOB OVERVIEW

• Conduct outbound cold calls (60–80/day) to a curated list of property management companies, HOA managers, and facility managers
• Qualify leads based on:
o Painting need
o Property size
o Timeline (within 6–12 months)
o Budget threshold ($10K+)
• Set appointments or schedule follow-up calls with the Shaker sales team
• Document all activity and responses in a CRM
• Maintain clear and professional communication during calls
• Work closely with sales manager for weekly reporting
