Position: Sales Development Representative (SDR) – Cold Calling & Appointment Setting

We’re looking for a highly motivated Sales Development Representative (SDR) to take the lead in cold calling and appointment setting. Your mission: introduce our premium marketing services to ambitious business owners and book quality consultations for our sales team.
What You’ll Be Doing:
• Making high-volume outbound calls daily using a power dialer.
• Identifying decision-makers in beauty salons, med spas, barbershops, cleaning services, HVAC, and other home service companies.
• Setting qualified appointments for our senior sales closers.
• Managing your outreach pipeline and tracking all activity in HubSpot CRM.
• Using lead scraping tools like OutScraper to source fresh, high-quality leads.
Who You Are:
• A native or fluent English speaker with exceptional communication skills—your phone game is strong, clear, and engaging.
• A self-starter who is not afraid to pick up the phone and make things happen.
• Experienced with HubSpot CRM, OutScraper, and Power Dialers (preferred but not required – we’ll train the right person).
• Organized, coachable, and hungry for success.
• Comfortable working remotely and independently while hitting clear KPIs.
