We are seeking a detail-oriented and disciplined Sales Development Representative (SDR) to support outbound outreach, lead follow-ups, and appointment setting within a structured HubSpot environment.

Key Responsibilities
Execute outbound calling campaigns to follow up on HubSpot
Book qualified Zoom appointments for the sales team
Run structured follow-up sequences (calls +
Work across segmented contact lists (industry, geography, sports/education verticals, etc.)
Maintain accurate CRM records inside HubSpot (Sales & Marketing Hub)
Support data cleanup, list updates, and contact enrichment
Handle monthly contact imports and updates, including managing marketing vs non-marketing contacts
Ensure outreach aligns with targeting and segmentation strategy
Collaborate with internal teams to improve conversion rates and campaign performance
Requirements (We Will Evaluate You On)
Relevant Work Experience
Prior SDR, appointment setter, or outbound sales experience preferred
HubSpot or CRM experience strongly preferred
Software & Technical Proficiency
Experience with HubSpot (Marketing Hub / Sales Hub preferred)
Comfortable working with CRMs, contact lists, and structured workflows
Remote Work Experience & Adaptability
Proven ability to work effectively in remote roles
Comfortable with time zones, digital systems, and async communication
English Proficiency (Spoken & Written)
Strong spoken English for phone outreach and Zoom scheduling
