The Opportunity
We are looking for two Sales Development Representatives / Outbound Sales Specialists to help generate qualified sales opportunities through lead generation, cold
This role is focused on:
lead generation

outbound prospecting

booking qualified sales calls
We are looking for someone who understands outbound sales, communicates professionally, and can consistently generate pipeline through strategic outreach.
What You Will Do
Lead Generation and Prospecting
Research and identify qualified prospects and decision-makers
Build targeted prospect lists
Find and verify contact information
Keep the sales pipeline active with new leads
Cold
Write and send personalized cold
Manage follow-up sequences
Handle replies and move conversations forward
Book qualified discovery calls
Conduct outreach through
CRM and Pipeline Management
Manage leads and pipeline stages inside the CRM
Track outreach activity and follow-ups
Maintain organized and accurate records
Sales Copywriting and Reporting
Write persuasive outreach messaging
Improve messaging based on performance
Track outreach metrics and meetings booked
Share feedback to improve outbound systems
What We Are Looking For
Required
Experience with outbound sales, cold
Strong English communication and sales writing skills
Experience generating leads and booking meetings
Comfortable using CRM and outbound sales tools
Organized, proactive, and consistent with follow-ups
Able to work independently
Preferred
Experience with HubSpot, Apollo, Instantly, Smartlead, Lemlist, or similar tools
Experience selling marketing, SEO, advertising, or web development services
Experience with LinkedIn outreach or Sales Navigator
Experience working with agencies or remote teams
Compensation and Setup
This is a part-time remote role.
Compensation: Base pay plus commissions. Base pay will be based on experience, outreach capability, and expected sales activity.
