Compensation
• PHP 10,000 monthly base salary
• 5% to 10% monthly recurring commission for every active client brought in
Key Responsibilities
• Find and qualify leads through LinkedIn, online research, and lead generation tools.
• Conduct organic outreach through LinkedIn,
• Book qualified discovery calls with potential clients.
• Attend Zoom or client meetings when needed.
• Follow up with leads and keep conversations moving.
• Update CRM records, lead lists, and pipeline status.
• Support sales outreach and client acquisition efforts.
Required Skills & Qualifications
• At least 5 years of experience as an SDR, Lead Generation Specialist, Appointment Setter, Sales VA, or similar role.
• Proven experience converting outreach and calls into qualified leads or active clients.
• Experience in recruiting, staffing, HR, marketing, or other related service-based industries.
• Excellent spoken English with a natural American accent.
• Comfortable with cold calls, Zoo
• Strong LinkedIn outreach and organic prospecting experience.
• Confident, self-motivated, and results-driven.
